AVOCADO, SPINACH & CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

​

Flesh of 1 large avocado

1/2 Cup Baby Spinach

1 peeled lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped

1/2 cup ice

1/4 cup water

​

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well until all ingredients are well combined

  2. Serve with slices of fresh cucumber or mint

​

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;

Fresh mint, basil, kiwi fruit, banana or apple if you prefer a sweeter juice can also be added to the mix, as well as using less ice and frozen ingredients instead.

This again, is a base and can be expanded upon as you feel to, adding celery, pear or iceberg lettuce is also a great addition.
