CHILLI & GARLIC DIP

INGREDIENTS

​

20 banana chillies finely chopped 

8 cloves garlic finely chopped 

½ cup olive oil (more can be added after cooking for a creamier thinner dip)

​

METHOD

  1. Place chillies, garlic and olive oil on an oven tray and bake in the oven on 180 degrees until the chilli and garlic softens and lightly browns

  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes then place in a blender and blend until creamy 

  3. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
