CHILLI & GARLIC DIP


INGREDIENTS
​
20 banana chillies finely chopped
8 cloves garlic finely chopped
½ cup olive oil (more can be added after cooking for a creamier thinner dip)

METHOD
-
Place chillies, garlic and olive oil on an oven tray and bake in the oven on 180 degrees until the chilli and garlic softens and lightly browns
-
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes then place in a blender and blend until creamy
-
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
