GARLIC SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

3 whole garlic bulbs, with all bulbs peeled and roughly chopped

1/2 - 3/4 cup olive oil (depending on how creamy and thick you prefer, more olive oil makes for a thinner dip)

​

METHOD

  1. Place peeled garlic cloves in an oven tray with olive oil and simmer until the garlic has softened

  2. Once garlic has softened remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes then blend until creamy

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days

​
