GARLIC SAUCE
INGREDIENTS

3 whole garlic bulbs, with all bulbs peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 - 3/4 cup olive oil (depending on how creamy and thick you prefer, more olive oil makes for a thinner dip)

METHOD
-
Place peeled garlic cloves in an oven tray with olive oil and simmer until the garlic has softened
-
Once garlic has softened remove from the heat and allow to cool for a few minutes then blend until creamy
-
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
