


INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Almond meal​
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds lightly blended
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
3/4 cup roughly chopped baby spinach
3/4 cup egg white
1 mashed Avocado
1/4 cup Avocado oil
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon ground tumeric

METHOD
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
2. Add wet ingredients (avocado, avocado oil and egg white) to the above mixture and mix well until all the ingredients are well combine.
3. Place in a well greased or lined bread tray and bake in a moderate oven (180 Degrees) or 20 minutes or until golden on top.​

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
You can also use dried rosemary or fresh herbs to make a variety of flavours for the bread which is best served warm or stored in the refridgerator for up to 3 days.
