INGREDIENTS

2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 pitted dates
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup water

METHOD
-
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well until all ingredients are well combined

Serve cold, with sliced fresh banana on the side

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
You can add honey or maple syrup instead of dates if you prefer, or omit the sweeteners all togethers, as the nut butter and banana can often be enough.
You can also use fresh bananas instead of frozen, adding more ice to thicken the smoothie.
This again, is a base and can be expanded upon as you feel to, adding nuts, other seeds or fruits.
