INGREDIENTS

2 cups roughly chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh chives

250gms baby spinach

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

2 teaspoons lemon juice

3/4 cup olive oil

METHOD​

  1. Place all ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend well until all ingredients are well combined

  2. More or less oil can be added depending on the consistency you prefer

  3. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days

​

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;

You can also use fresh coriander or dill instead of basil, as well as lime juice instead of lemon juice
