INGREDIENTS

2 cups roughly chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh chives
250gms baby spinach
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil

METHOD​

Place all ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend well until all ingredients are well combined
-
More or less oil can be added depending on the consistency you prefer
-
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
You can also use fresh coriander or dill instead of basil, as well as lime juice instead of lemon juice
​
