INGREDIENTS

1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup of maple syrup
Pinch of ground cardamon

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together and then press tablespoon amounts into small individual muffin trays, making sure they are not too thick as they will not bind, if they are too thin they will dry out and can be too crispy

Bake in a moderate oven 180 Degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
You can use a variety of ground spices to change the flavour, or simply coconut and sweetener is equally as amazing.
You can also use rice malt syrup or your choice of liquid sweetener if you prefer over maple syrup.
