INGREDIENTS

​2 cups prawn meat

1 Tablespoon tamari (gluten free soy sauce)

1/3 teaspoon lime juice

Pinch pepper

Gluten Free flour to coat 

 

METHOD

1.  Blend the prawn meat

2. Add tamari and lime juice and pepper and mix all ingredients together until well combined

3. Take 1 heaped tablespoon and drop it into a bowl of gluten free flour and coat the prawn meat with the mixture well.

4. Deep fry until golden brown

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;

You can use white fish also for this recipe, add fresh herbs of your choice as well as a few sesame seeds or spices to the flour mixture for coating.

These can also be cooked in an air fryer, adding a tablespoon of oil to the mixture to keep it moist.
