INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (an extra few leaves as well for adding after tea has been made)
6 slices lebanese cucumber
1/2 cup ice
1 boiling cup water

METHOD
-
Place mint leaves in boiling water and allow to steep until water colour slightly darkens
-
Allow boiling water with mint leaves to cool, once cooled remove mint leaves
-
Add cucumber slices to the mint and water mixture, as well as a few extra fresh mint leaves and ice and serve
​
SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
This tea can be stored in the fridge for a later time, also some lemon slices, peppermint leaves or honey can also be added for a slightly sweeter variation.
