INGREDIENTS

1 large bunch fresh dill

1 large bunch fresh coriander

1 large bunch fresh chives

4 large kaffir lime leaves

250gm baby spinach

1 banana red chillies

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground corriander

3/4 cup olive oil

METHOD

  1. Roughly chop all herbs and chilli

  2. Place all ingredients together in a food processor or blender and blend well until all ingredients are well combined

  3. More or less oil can be added depending on the consistency you prefer

  4. You can also use fresh basil instead of coriander

  5. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
