INGREDIENTS

500gms lamb mince

750gms frozen chopped spinach

1/2 cup finely chopped coriander

1 bunch finely chopped spring onions

2 tablespoons ground cumin

2 tablespoons ground coriander

2 teaspoons ground turmeric

1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

METHOD

  1. Place chopped spring onions and olive oil in a frypan and saute until softened

  2. Add the dried herbs and spices and saute for 2 minutes, then add the spinach and lamb and simmer for 20 minutes on a medium heat on the stovetop

  3. Once lamb is cooked add fresh coriander and stir through prior to serving
