
Ingredients
500gms peeled and veined prawns
2 stalks finely chopped spring onions
1/2 cup fresh finely chopped coriander
1/4 cup fresh finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh finely chopped Tarragon
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 pinch dried chilli flakes, or a small red chilli finely diced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Method

1. In a large frypan, place the spring onions, chilli flakes, black pepper, olive and sesame oil and saute for 5 minutes, add the prawns and fresh herbs and saute for a further 10 minutes until prawns are cooked

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
​
You can also add some fresh crushed garlic and a variety of herbs to change the flavour of the dish.
This is also a great dish to add seaweed glass noodles to, if you do add noodles, add some water to stop the dish from drying out.
