


INGREDIENTS

1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup linseeds
1 3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried coriander

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until the chia seeds swell slightly absorbing ay extra water and the mixture binds.

Once mix is ready, spread thinly onto a lined baking tray, about 3mm in thickness

Place in preheated oven and bake for one hour or until golden, remembering the crackers will become crisper as they cool

If after they have cooled they feel like they need to be crisper, you can place them in the oven for another few minutes

Break into pieces, sizes of your choice and store in an air tight container

SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS;
You can also add beetroot or broccoli powder to this mix, as well as different seeds and spices or your choice to make a variation.
